Why stop at just IMO? The International Olympiad of Informatics (the coding olympiad): the IOI are also won primarily by the Chinese. So much for India's tech powerhouse boasting, which are actually tech support if you know what I mean. The Physics Olympiad (IPhO), etc., too are won by the Chinese. And yes, the US winners of these olympiads are also American Born Chinese (ABCs). Also consider Nature's indexes for scientific output. China is rapidly outpacing the US in terms of output, especially in the hard sciences. Then there are top global university rankings by QS, and Times Higher Education (THE). These indexes were created by Westerners, not China, so they cannot be biased towards China. If anything, India should have an advantage with all the diplomatic flattery Modi has been doing.
Also regarding your previous video about hardware advancements in robotics and chips in China, I do believe that because software is built on hardware, whoever creates the hardware first sets the standards for software interaction. The US created the transistor, the silicon revolution, hence they are dominating the software business today. If China creates its own commercially viable quantum computers, optical chips, and robotics for everyday use, it will also set the standards for software.
Finally, at 4:50, I think it is important to mention that many CEOs of companies like Google, Microsoft, etc. were not founded by Indians. It could be argued that these companies have not been performing well lately under these CEOs.

They go through the motions just to satisfy their quota of being diverse in interviews. I have worked with Indians who supposed to be expert but need your help training them.

Gottlob Frege - analytic philosopher who tried to prove arithmetic is analytic a priori against Kant’s theory that it is synthetic: “In arithmetic, if only because many of its methods and concepts originated in India, it has been the tradition to reason less strictly than in geometry, which was in the main developed by the Greeks.” I am also Chinese from a south east asian country, so I have no reason to admire the west. But i am not jealous-driven like some ppl are and boast that China is greater than the west etc. In fact in this case i quite like Frege’s sentiments even IF it applied to China my ancestors.
They always say that in arithmetic their “discovery” of the number zero is such a great achievement that even Greeks did not think of. But Greeks refused to admit zero because of Parmenides, whose logic is still uncontested today. It is an analytic a priori logic if I ever saw one. Thus, if anything, the Greeks’ mistake was to involve Parmenides rule in a synthetic a priori field such as math, ie. failed because they tried to be very logical, not bcause they lack logic. Now let us see if Zero as a number is really a good idea. The only benefit i see in its conception was its usefulness as a syntactic placeholder. Basically, practical, not theoretical, improvement. In fact, theoretically it is a mess. Because it is a number, one can syntactically divide a number by zero which causes semantic problems. So now there is an arbitrary rule in math to not divide by zero even though you syntactically can. Disclaimer: this is not Frege’s example but my layman opinion. If you want a philosophical concept of “not” as the closest similar to zero (which is NOT “nothing” by the way), the Greeks had it too - they just are not too hasty to make it a number simply for the lazy motivation to make counting easier with a placeholder invented
