Proud to be a world unemployment superpower

Even pm can’t show his degree , why should every Indian show their degree ?
@goodboy5684
Work 100 % salary - 10% private jobs thats the reailty

India'a population is way too high. Biggest problem. The BIMARU states need to get their act together.

"Well done, True India! This video is an eye-opener, and I appreciate your efforts to highlight this critical issue."

Problem is too many people doing Computer Science, IT and Business degrees which got low jobs in 2023 till 2025 due to AI and Robots, Recession.
Degree + Skills to solve real world Problems Solving both are required.
That means study Latest Good Foreign authors books + International journals + get exposure in field do Interships + hackthons. Attitude needs to be changed. If you can't solve real world problems if your communications and presentation skills are not good.If you demand very high salary with low output and low performance. If your less loyal less working hard or do not want to be responsible and stay late in your jobs. Not sincere and dedicated. then forget about jobs.
@rahulbhattacharjee6508
Real world problems bro, it works if govt. Is commited to solve the existing problems like free basic necessities for all. Here govt doesn't have guts to punish scammers who eat up govt money.
Talking about your life changing "software" that you made in hackathon. Bro who will use that software. People here are illiterates.
Also india there are so many jobless software engineers that if your "software" happens to make little money. Every one will create same thing driving the cost so low that you won't be able to survive unless some vc saves you.

Is education and healthcare in India not free?
Begin asking questions to politicians, teachers, doctors, and nurses who do not fulfill their job responsibilities
Aware people about education to marginalized populations.
No one is honest with themselves.
@randolphalves3031
The education system makes indians book worms. Rather the education system should start nurturing students to do practically what they wish to pursue
@daneepou2691
Secret policy for unemployment is to let employment in the private companies but India still does not understand someone's policy
@rgopalakrishnan1975
Students also end up enrolling for useless degrees. ITIs/Polytechnic is the way to go for most students after high school
@waseemplaystore
Why every one wants to do only office jobs? In corporates people get squeezed and if the company faces losses then employees will be laid off. People should learn some technical skills as backup to avoid unemployment or start micro business to survive.
@anubhavroy2309
Companies bhi responsible hai. Etna high level demands rakhte hai ki regular graduate k pass wo skills hone k chances hi nahi hai.
Kaun graduate college mey hi ai, data science ka expert ban jata hai, seekhne aur hands on ka bhi chance milna chahiye.
@stjimmys546
The majority of the people today graduate through reservations and have no skills or competency. Its not difficult to understand the unemployment situation in India.
@sandeepbabuc.r.n4473
Too simple. 1) Today education is business. 2) Companies prefer hiring only experts. 3) For a job only education is not enough as per today's market. Government needs to focus above these points and need to streamline it. Even , some walk towards startup. 90 % ended up at the wrong door & couldn't make it too because of corruption and rejection.
AI only reduce repeatable robotic work. Kindly do more paper work. We humans don't want to live human robots life.
1)现在的教育成了买卖;
2)公司只愿意雇专家;
@SridharHonnappanavar
Earlier railway, banks and other psu call for much jobs but now as they are mote focus on profit rather than social things, india needs more jobs as we have huge population govt shd cal them
@darthlord369
This video is so true. I managed to get a job thanks to gaining self knowledge from the internet (not school / college).

I manage an Indian offshore team from US. A lot of book smart kids but very little common sense or practical ability. I have to retrain them in order to fully utilize their potential

We do have jobs but but no skill candidates, no one wants to work hard, majority thinks of completing degree and dreams for a Fancy jobs while on reality its so much of hardwork on ground level, people need to understand that no work is big or small
Start working on ground level position so u can have the depth of the industry
@rgopalakrishnan1975
The issue is that most colleges don't prepare their students for jobs. Except for a few research oriented institutions, the incentives for academia must be lixed to employability
@SaranshAgrawal-gi5jy
Govt is not responsible, how many individuals have skills other than just degrees?
No talent, no communication skills. Just an obsession with govt jobs and office work
Why not to do military works, artistic works, travelling works etc etc
@RahulMehra0361
Lol, india is in service sector economy, service sector requires a lot of skills.
And i want to tell the youth of india that youth should come out and start demanding, instead of watching a video.
These videos will not give us solution.
@DumDumDooo
India has a surplus of jobs, but few people are willing to work in them. Everyone has a dream of going abroad and hopefully settling down in Europe or the USA.
@monideepakalita482
I do agree that unemployment is there in the country but not 74.2%. It’s true fact Indian education system focus on marks but not on acquisition of skills.
And even the course curriculum is outdated and not relevant to present times. Lakhs appear for govt exams but only a few managed to get jobs.
Moreover self employment avenues is also at nascent stage. People involving in private sector is also insufficient as per required.
@pradeeshalbert1625
Research organisations like ISRO, DAE, DRDO, CSIR, DST should recruit persons with PG in engineering with research experience or PhDs in engineering and science, rather than recruiting Engineering Graduates and deputing them for higher studies with salary and huge fees which is not beneficial in all aspects.
@greengoblin680
What happened to our vishwaguru? He keep giving his bhashan and still he is. Why doesn’t he create jobs in India with good pay instead of spending money on statues and bullet train-like projects. He is nuts really and his buddies too
@bea59kaiwalyakhairnar37
Question is that, is degree important? No useful practical. Spend engineering for 9 lakhs then spend 2 lakhs on course. Then also there is no guarantee.
@zulqarnainnaqvi9395
Same situation in Pakistan sir, massive unemployment, skyrocketed inflation, lawlessness, government plundering have made common man life a real hell in Pakistan.
@priyabratasinha1478
This is how a semi Socialist and semi communist country looks like… so first make the mentality of growing a Capitalist society where there are several private industries and private job creators, then do a gyan bhari baatein..

Swami Vivekananda's ‘India and Her Problems’ is essential reading for anyone seeking to understand and address India’s most critical challenges. Read it attentively and spread its wisdom.
@Anonymous-io6dj
There is no unemployment here…
Everyone has engaged in one or other jobs regularly.
Only problem is with comparison.
While I compare myself with some other, I am unemployed and so depressed.
Rahul is very busy man in India.
But, when is compared to Modi, he is totally unemployed.
What an “IRONY”.

2 crores jobs per year given since 2014 but still we need to work hard, what i will do is from next election onwards I plan to give 3 crores per year....
@koustuvpalchoudhury2205
Youths are not employable thats not the case indian industrialist are so dumb to create jobs for the nation,thatsy bcoz of indian industrialist lasyness and callousness india is not able to make value added product till now, maximum industrialist works like chor tax chor and then they goes out from India maximum business community in india don't work on r &d so they are failed to produce quality products,thatsy demand is not there so demand not there mns no supply which leads to no job unemployment,now comes to government they are not filling vacant post nor they are creating any new PSU so again no job,PSU is the backbone of induan industry but last 11 years government didn't create more PSU where China is having more than 1 lakh PSU,and government is adopting new liberal economy which is called job loss economy,so first government needs to say good bye to new liberal economy and goes back to socialism, government should create PSU in each sector means from Alpin to elephant,those who says government have nothing to do with business are dumb, private companies monopoly need to finish,GST should be taken back,no income tax should be there, corporate tax should be 10 percent otherwise maximum citizen will be unemployed,narega wirk day s needs to increase ny 200 days same for citities also required, without it India cannot be a High income country
@269ERA
I'm proud to be an Cpwd Jen from Shillong since 2022 .. Everyone can't afford this valuable Jobs and that's only frustrated every day... .currently my payment 70k with much perks.. I'm happy for this ultimately valuable job
@virat1712
IT sector because of the government policies have introduced new policy of UAN details which is making many youth suffer due to issues with their employment history. Also most of the employers look for experience or hands on which is also a big time challenge.
@rishipramanick6823
The problem lies in skill set
In my clg as well every body is concerned in scoring high by studying a night before exam and they do score high as well but if someone asks them a conceptual question related to the topic that they had studied around 99 percent will fail to answer
Its a very grim picture and education ministry must address this problem
Skillset will give u a job not memorizing talent
Marks are important but skill is the most important thing
@Kirronbindu
IT sector is not a mass job creator but a niche job creator and only indirectly 1 IT job creates 4 indirect jobs . There are many other sectors where the demand of the employer is more realistic . Retail sector , transport sector , hospitality sector needs people with must less expensive skills . When they say skills they mean good writing skills ( email , telephone and report writing ) comprehension skills , listening skills . Hope it helps .

Al Nafi focuses on high-income skills like AI, Blockchain, and Cybersecurity, offering practical, low-cost, and flexible learning. Canadian universities have high fees, outdated curricula, and limited job prospects. If your goal is skills and global opportunities, Al Nafi is better. If you seek PR, traditional education may work.
@kaus05
The skills argument really falls weak on two points.
Jobs and skills always goes in tandem if there is no jobs requiring that skill nobody learns it, so if someone wants to be a nuclear scientist and wants to intern at a reasearch centre he/she wont be able to do so if there are no research centre in the first place
This gap is skill is never a problem during good economic times, why is that? Every company was happy to hire every freshers after covid, since vc funds were high investors had a good market sentiment, the syllabus of college has not degraded, has it? The corporates took responsibility of training the workforce, its not the case now, i wonder why
@gtm1440
Uplifting education system upto global levels can help coming generations. If not they are also face same situation. We have seen govt initiatives upto now but not much useful for a population growing country. People have no good skills to do jobs is a fact in India.
