另外，之前的印巴空战中印度的法国造阵风战斗机在190公里的距离上被巴基斯坦的J10C用外贸型PL15E导弹击落了。这次日本飞行员被长官命令去执行了一个自杀式任务，但是中国人并没有动武。
如果委内瑞拉的空军敢这样往正在封锁委内瑞拉海域并且挟持委内瑞拉油轮的美军舰队飞行抵近，肯定早就被击落了。

You have two main faults. One, it is not Fire control radar, it is search radar.
Two, before these planes, Japanese planes fly to 50 KM away from Chinese plane, which is very close to Chinese excise area.

From what i know. getting a lock is normal to get the data of the airplane. Fighter planes just lock on to everything in the area just to get the reading. It will be a threat if missiles are fired.

Japanese Defense Minister Shinjiro Koizumi (who was caught LYING repeatedly in this "radar illumination" episode) called it "radar illumination". Was it Fire-control Radar? Could it be just TWS (Track-While-Scan)? Or SRC (Search) then TRK (Track)?
Was there a need for the J-15 to use the Fire-Control Radar, since it was obvious it had no intention of shooting down the F-15?
