It's ok if it's only in India. But the problem is; Indian air pollution also destroy the air quality of neighbouring countries. As a citizen from one of those, I can confirm we have a good air quality. But it is decreasing rapidly due to India's massive air pollution.

The only way we can solve Delhi problem is to convert Delhi into a Walkable livable inclusive resilient safe happy vibrant playful child friendly nature compliant pollution free sustainable city. This will involve serious working including the policy shift of prioritising people centric planning rather than carcentric so that people prefer walking n cycling and use of sustainable public transport for commuting. The solution called metal boxes the cars only adds to the noise n air pollution and carbon and precious space footprint.

maybe India can give some cash incentive for those who use electric scooters and bikes which can be imported from China at reasonable prices, that would probably help a lot if they got rid of all those smoggy dirt bikes that spew through their cities.
