Here is what I say to the people who believe this. Let's say there is a white GENOCIDE. Then here is how you fight it. Let's make people have lots of children so that the number of white people don't dwindle.

Is there a single right wing party that's advocating for this right now? Not a single one. Get rid of all the non-Whites if you like. The population collapase will continue, as it is in Japan, Poland, Korea, Hungary or any other developed, majority single ethnicity states.
The only way to "protect your people" (if you only count your people based on melanin) is to give them rights and quality of life.

Its because its not about safety nets and financial incentives, its about family structure. In the west we have decided to forego the traditional family structure of living with multiple generations of family and having children raised by "the village" (i.e. the family and friends surrounding you). Families are now much more separated and smaller, and parents get no respite from raising the kids unless they are able to spend huge sums of money on paid help like childminders and nurseries.
Even grandparents can't be relied on for childcare, not necessarily because they don't want to help, but because they are probably still working full time and may not live locally, and aren't able to dedicate much time to help.
Look at the countries and cultures where birth rates are still high. For a start they mostly don't have women in full time employment, at least not when they are raising kids, meaning there are immediately more hands available in the family to look after the kids. Secondly, they have large deeply intertwined families, with multiple generations living in the same place or as neighbours, and large extended families of cousins and aunts/uncles all willing and able to take on responsibilities for each other's children. Most families in the west don't have that.
