An important thing to keep in mind is that there has been no evidence or reason to believe that Iran is close to building nukes. They are still stuck at the same level of enrichment they've had for years, at 60%, far from the 90% necessary.
Additionally, Iran willingly signed a nuclear agreement with the US that made development of nukes impossible and allowed the US to monitor them with full access (nuclear enrichment is hard to hide). Trump pulled out of the agreement because he was hoping to force more concessions through threats and violence.
The truth is that military force is not necessary to prevent nukes at this point.

Wasnt it trump that caused Iran to quit the agreement to not develop weapons years ago. Maybe he will give them cutting edge cpu chips like he did China to fix a problem he created. China was banned as well as iran.

The US can always p-ss back off to North America where it belongs. Iran is actively supported by Russia, China, Pakistan, North Korea. Together, BRICS and the Global South should ensure the Asian mainland is off limits to the US, and eventually remove the US from Asia where it does not belong.

USA destroyed military targets and leaves, as long as they don’t put boots on the ground they can leave wherever they think they have done enough damage to Iran, last time Iran tried to close the shipping was in the tanker war it took 24 hours and the Iranians was defeated with more then half of their navy destroyed several fighter jets, and that was just one super aircraft carrier used by the USA, Ronald Reagan had to order the military to stop before they had totally annihilated the Iranians military capabilities, which was not the intent, just send a strong message about not massing with freedom of navigation, ever since Iran has been doing a lot of taking an one time they shot down the most expensive drone ever built 160 million dollar like a passenger jet but a huge drone full of surveillance equipment, in international waters airspace, which later resulted in the killing of the top Iranian general in Iraq when he violated a UN resolution of not leaving Iran because of terror activity in the region. And then Iran took a break from playing gangsters

Iran will never develop nuclear weapons as they understand the repurcussion. Israel lost the 12 day war and the proof is the noise about Iranian ballistic programme. Why do they say that the Iranian government is the weakest it has been for ages? Iran did not waste time after the 12 day war as they travelled to Moscow and Beijing and finally asked for help. The amount of militqry  cargo  planes that have landed in Tehran in the last few months combined with  new jets from Russia. The most important thing is they seem to have now intergrated their air defences to satelites.Rubio trying to raise the ballastic missile programme is hit and hope, as why would Iran capitulate to its enemies on the issue of self defence and military deterrence especially to Israel? Give up nuclear and reduce ballistic missiles?So in other words defenceless.
