Although I will say I think something that should be MORE well known as a stereotype is the potential for dangerous waters. I think tourists can often underestimate when swimming in the ocean is unsafe, or overestimating their capability to swim. Less dangerous wildlife, but water safety should be taken more seriously by those who visit imo
