I live in Europe and all the restaurants and food place have better hygiene standards, but it misses the most basic essence of intense flavours that fresh food in these places provide. and fyi indian street food is always served fresh and hot that kills all the bacterias and make it eatable. if it were killing people, nobody would sell or buy them.
