As a result, data collection for key economic indicators such as jobs, unemployment, CPI was paused or delayed. So, YES the shutdown did cause the delay or suspension of the data releases, which is the factual answer to why the job reports were not released for October and and November” refers to.
Ignoring the shutdown’s role in missing data and trying to intimidate me with “you know why” is a red herring avoiding the actual facts.
