the president is the the one who approved the budget for that.. his friend who flew already to another country  already testified that he was the mastermind inserting 100Billion budget! and all his flood control investigations are just pure nonsense but what hes been doing is politically executed all  previous administrations allies or let us his political enemies.. even the vice president and his sister already turned against him - asking to step down but that man is mad.

He didn't mention though that congressmen and senate are speaking illogical rubbish in investigations so the investigations do not lead to their colleague-congressmen, especially the head of congress, marcos' Cousin martin romualdez, and to marcos jr. the president himself.

Very evident corruption, just before the election, Romualdez gave half-billion peso cash somewhere in manila. No  investigation was done on that. No flooding, calamity at that time. Now flooding has come, and then they cant give more than that.

The Executive under the president isn't the primary problem. it's the legislative and their political dynasties. In fact, the President was the whistleblower regarding corruption both in the executive under the DPWH and the legislative by so many congressmen who owns construction companies.

Filipino people must learn to be mad or extremely furiuos on politicians or govt officials and even on govt contractors that displays the slightest sign of being corrupt like flaunting their unexplained wealth, frequent travel abroad, everly expensive jewelries, mansions, SUV cars, parties and mistresses in social media. We usually just make fun of their luxurious display of wealth and use the LAUGH EMOTICON everytime as if it is entertaining for us even at the point some of our infrastructures are Ghost projects and 100 percent of our hard earned taxes will go to their respective pockets and secret bank accounts or hidden vaults.
