I spent one year at indian BSNL telecommunications. The infrastructure primarily consisted of Ericsson, ZTE, and Huawei equipment. When I asked why Huawei equipment was so prent despite india's strained relations with China, the fellow indians explained that cost is a significant factor, and Ericsson was beyond their budget. Almost all MSCs, BSCs, and BTSs were equipped with either ZTE or Huawei. I am surprised, however, how they are managing 5G protocols despite the restrictions on Chinese companies. The mission to deploy optical fiber from base stations to homes was left to the low-cost bharatNet project at that time, which, even after 15 years, is still not completed. Chinese firms are still waiting to supply home fiber equipments....

I apologise to tell you the reality of Bharat Empire. It actually never existed!
Modi and his fans invented the narrative that it ever existed. But in Endia, the story has a life of its own.
The story/myth has a fake life of its own that went like this:
(1) It invented the Internet nearly 10,000 years ago, i.e. before Europe was roamed by the Neanderthal tribes. (Seriously, I couldn't imagine this even if I was daydreaming!)
(2) he pre-historic "bharatians" moved West-ward and gave birth to Persian race! Imagine that narrative instead of the historical fact that the Assyrians, Persians, and other M.E tribes, actually moved East-ward and gave birth to the Mogul Empire of which became a part of the British East India Company's colonies. When the British strung-up the various colonies together, as they were along the railroads of the Britsh East Indian Empire, the Sahibs call this string of colonies as British India. Modi invented the Bharat name to replace the shame of being called British India. In 1947 British India became India and Pakistan (which has 2 regions - East Pakistan (today's Bangladesh) and Pakistan.
I honestly think if the India goes to war with China, then new nations would arise, like Kashmir, Khalistan, South India (or, perhaps, TamilNadu, Assam , etc.)

The patents involved in 4G, 5G, and 6G technologies are spread all over the earth owned by different companies and universities. It is impossible for a single country to develop any of this networks without using majority of those patents. Now 6G is where Finland and China are competing and collaborating at the same time because they both are way ahead of others in research in 6G tech-field.

Huawei has 33% of the crucial 5G patents, that's why Ericsson and Nokia wasn't happy back then when U.S. ban Huawei because Huawei then retaliated by refusing to allowed them to install U.S. 5G network using Huawei's patent.

India will pledge their loyalty 100% to the West... buying Western tech equipment instead of buying from China. Why? Why are they turning down lower prices? It's because Modi see india as on par with China...a superpower...so they loathe to buy anything from its competitor. The West?
