@TanmayasMaverick That is the point I am trying to make. Chinese companies are well supported by the government, mainly by subsidies. Also, we can observe the Chinese ecosystem as being modern, streamlined and perfectly catering to the Chinese startups. American startups are in comparison more challenged domestically as compared to their Chinese counterparts. Rising costs are another issues.

@nmkcomps Nit really. BYD financials r not good if u take a deep dive into it. Hence its value keeps decreasing this year. I would suggest u look at xiaomi and xpeng. They r proper Tesla killers. Especially xiaomi.

@BdmshCmpny-to5ow BYD is certainly racing ahead of Tesla gradually.... Tesla's build quality looks like a plastic toy and BYD looks sturdy and gives more confidence. BYD's SUV looks like SUV whereas Tesla's Model Y doesn't give that feeling at all. BYD has many models to choose from that is one more positive a new buyer can look at.
