Totally bonkers even for Dementia Donnie. Here in Canada, we once had the leader of the Canadian Alliance Party (conservative) show up at a lakeside press conference on a seadoo and in a wet suit. Stockwell Day was a relatively nice and decent guy, but he didn't last long as his his party's leader after this photo-op stunt because Canadians won't tolerate clowns for leaders.

That is awful, if so, that is totally shocking from a political figure and even more so from the elected official of such an important position. Had it been the Democrats last year on Republicans there would have been all hell to pay and they would have been going on about it for months. So unpresidential, but then again this is frump and his underlings.
