Blue states should just keep the taxes for themselves make state managed tax reserves and cut off Trump and DC....they are not being represented by the federal government anyway. So blue states should just make a compact and distribute taxes among themselves and cut Trump and Federal Congress out of the loop. Until they agree to sign legally binding agreements to not extrort them.

Do not send any tax dollars to the federal government if they withhold funds from your state. Taxation is a two-way street. They do not get to conditionally give and take support and expect to receive payments. No taxation without representation and the service intended to be afforded by such.

3 months ago 4 states were trying to introduce legislation to prevent federal taxes being paid to the federal government and California are looking at it aswell.
It's far more complicated than just  stopping a one type of payment but it sure is interesting. Most Fed taxes are charged by and  paid directly to the federal govenment and the states never see (or hold) that money so it would be difficult but never say never

Someone needs to start a go fund me to pay attorneys to bring up : demolition of East Wing, witholding funding from certian states.  If they reopening the House- Grijalava should be sworn in and Epstien files voted on. Funding for some benefits may resume.
