India good in talking and arguing while still in the dream of maharaja era, in reality Africa are better, the hidden gems.

Bragging and also blindly accusing and criticizing others I noticed. Also bragging they would be fully industrialized by 2025, bla bla superpower (just find in youtube, all doesn't age well) big big Indian trumpets.

@slammerlo510
@sriramudhyab India often positions itself as a rising power, but the gap between rhetoric and results remains vast. While national pride fuels loud proclamations about becoming a global superpower, real progress demands more than talk. China manufactures over two million distinct products and has built a robust industrial, technological, and infrastructure base. In contrast, India still struggles with inconsistent policy, weak infrastructure, bureaucratic red tape, and a lack of large-scale manufacturing capability. Even if given a hundred years, India risks remaining stagnant without serious structural reforms and a culture shift from boastful nationalism to disciplined execution. Economic growth is not achieved through slogans or international PR campaigns—it's about delivering measurable outcomes. Unless India overcomes its internal inefficiencies and invests in real capabilities—education, manufacturing, innovation, and governance—it will continue to lag behind. The world doesn’t reward potential alone; it rewards performance, and so far, India has yet to truly deliver.
@wentaohou5679
@sriramudhyab Unfortunately they are scared over India's unfair fines, low-level infrastructure and poor skilled labor. Superpower India is unbeatable.

@slammerlo510 I may not be able to respond to every comment — obviously, it’s a coordinated effort from a Chinese channel with a team pushing the narrative . But here’s my take, having seen both sides firsthand.
I visited India 12 years ago, and yes, it had its problems. But I visited again in 2024 — and I was honestly shocked by the transformation. The infrastructure, highways, expressways, airports, metro systems, and even the railways — all have improved tremendously.
Yes, discipline in public behavior and urban cleanliness still need work, and cities can be chaotic. But let’s be realistic — what India has done in just 12 years is a massive leap. Imagine what it can achieve in another 10 to 15 years.
Also, let’s stop pretending nothing has changed in governance. Bureaucracy is not what it used to be — bribery is far less common, and most public-facing systems are digitized. People are earning better, more opportunities are opening up, and transactions are digital and trackable.
Instead of producing propaganda to mock progress, maybe acknowledge that India is evolving — fast. And let’s not forget: it took China 50–60 years to get where it is today.
Lastly, on the global pay equity index — India is at 25. That’s better than both China and even the U.S., which stand at 35 and 37 respectively.
My point is simple: India is changing. You don’t have to love it — but at least appreciate the direction and the effort.

India is a graveyard for foreign corporations.
The reason - Poor logistics, infrastructure, frequent power outages, lack of skilled human capital and inconsistent government policies.
@张投投
When you earn money in India, the Indian government will impose fines for various reasons, which is the origin of India's foreign investment cemetery.
@baddoggi4238
not to mention their policies would eventually bog down foreign companies with big fines, etc.

The China success will never be duplicated! China got really lucky during its 40 years boom. Timing is the essence, and when that time came China was ready, hence the becoming of a manufacturing power house! Cant emphasize enough, when the time is here, you gotta be ready! And was China ever! Every country is looking for or wants to be the next China, just like in basketball every team and every player wanna be the next michael Jordan, but there is only 1 MJ, some might’ve come close, but it is never the same as the original!

I visited Chennai for a work assignment to train and onboard our developers, but unfortunately, I became seriously ill during my first week. One of the most persistent challenges was the overwhelming odor throughout the city, which made the trip far more difficult. I stayed at the Hilton Chennai, where I encountered three power outages, an unexpected inconvenience. The daily commute between the hotel and the business center was taxing, but the pervasive stench was the most unbearable part of the experience. I had heard that open defecation was prohibited in Chennai, yet I still witnessed it in public, which was disappointing. Originally, I had planned to stay longer, but after just 10 days, I decided to leave early. On my way home, I spent a few days in Dubai to recuperate from the trip. Having also traveled to Beijing, Chengdu, Hangzhou, and Shanghai, cities that are far more developed and efficient, I found the contrast with Chennai stark. Even compared to some U.S. cities, the infrastructure, urban management, and overall standards in India lag extremely and significantly. In my opinion, India has a long way to go before reaching the level of modernization and efficiency seen in China.

Any ordinary Asian person not from China nor India, could see the foolishness of A) moving out of China, and most importantly B) moving into India. Either everyone at Apple/Foxconn are dumb, or Tim Cook needs to learn to listen to advice, or step down.

India can never be the manufacturer of the world until they fix the massive internal problems:
Control of population growth
Permanently and effectively rid of the caste system
Greatly improve the food chain so that people/children are not dying of hunger/malnutrition.
Seriously improve on infrastructures; housing, schools, hospitals and especially in public transportation
Need overhaul cleaning of the entire country. The piled up of garbage, lack of clean water and toilets are causing many diseases.
Get the ordinary people out of poverty and slums
Promote education and vocational trainings
Universal health care systems needed
Drastically reduce crime rates; especially rapes and women violations
Get rid of corruptions These are just a short list of vital problems in India that I have witnessed while working/living in India. India can be a strong, powerful and prosperous country. But the internal problems need solving first.

Potential investor shouldn't set foot on Indian soil because the trade policy sets by Modi is keep on changing according to his whim and fancy which very scary even labour cost is lower which inturn to low quality product and sometimes needs to rework which happened to Apple iPhone production.

@gregwang8628
That’s the reality Indian style, talking proud and big ain’t gonna cut it, not this time, not ever. Unless your product has a caste species built in for the local market. On the other hand, Foxconn looks pretty bad for its own image. When they went to India, they went with high profile and kind of arrogant, now they want to make a comeback with a price tag of one billion RMB, it’s all unnecessary, bad business decisions by following the US initiative, quite frankly.

India built infrastructure like roads and ports to attract investors but all started to damage and crash after one rainy season... all beacuse of corruption.

India has ordered Samsung and its executives in the country to pay $601 million (roughly Rs. 5,149 crore) in back taxes and penalties for dodging tariffs on import of key telecoms equipment, a government order showed, for one of the biggest such demands in recent years.

China is highly developed and industrialized. Chinese cities are all of very, very high standard and quality all the way from technology, infrastructure, very stable electricity supply(no power outages at all), cleanliness, modernity, effective public transportation, very fast and stable internet connectivity, to affordable cost of livlng, to middle-high income, and high-income class. Sorry India will not reach China's level of development soon because of structural/systemic impedments, use of colonial systems, and cultural hinderance(especially the institutionalized caste system that has left hundreds of million of the so called low class, illiterate and very poor). In contrast to India"s high rate of poverty, China lifted 800,000 million people out of absolute poverty from 2001 December to November 2022 through Targetted Poverty Alleviation Programmes (something that has never happened in the history of humanity).

What india is doing to shoo off foreign investors already in india is the exact same template Indonesia is promoting to its current foreign investors already in Indonesia, hence most investors cut their losses and move to Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand or Singapore for the future of their business.

Both parties messed up:
The foreign businesses did not do a thorough analysis of the environment before investing billions. Obvious problems like poor infrastructure, lack of stable electric power and incompetent labor force should have been factored in up front, not discovered later when billions were already wasted.
India is a poorly developed country with extremely corrupt politicians. It seems India applied the CIA's strategy of "We cheat, we lie and we steal". In their deceitful tactic of bait and switch, Indians got the businesses in, then later started to act like the mafia doing a shakedown. Very unethical! Indians lost a golden opportunity, not only losing Foxconn and Apple, but future business deals. India TALKS, China DELIVERS.
