中美人工智能之战：2025 年谁才是真正的赢家？

We have seen how poorly AI can perform (or how badly it can be used) in the Israeli surveillance failure that Hamas used in their attack October 7 last year. It is extremely naive to think AI can solve things like climate and going from scarcity to abundance. For abundance the solution is known: not let debt and interest take over society the way it is now allowed to do on a systemic level in US and affiliated (or colonized)  countries. As for climate a real investigation by AI would simply show that it is not a crisis level threat. But the Western elite uses it as a manipulation for political leverage and they will not give up that.

I doubt that the U.S. and China are stockpiling military weapons just to engage in AI or Information war. The question is not so
much about which super power has the more destructive weapons, rather why we are even having a discussion on war.
War is not a trait that we inherited through evolution as many psychologists would like us to believe. The average person, no
matter from which country, is not thinking of a strategy on how to fight a war, or thinking of acquiring plutonium to build a nuclear
bomb. The average person would like to put aside money because he/she is thinking about the needs of the family. Such as food,
house, clothes, medicine, transportation, education, communication, and safety. Because food is the basic need of humans and
animals; not war.
Only a person, corporation, government, or military who have access to huge amount of wealth can participate in an
ideologically-based activity that is war. Animals kill other animals for food ( humans are guilty of that too ). This is because animals
are said to be less intelligent than humans and, therefore, can only reach a deadly solution to most conflicts they are faced with.
Animals simply do not have the means to genetically modify plants into a burger-tasting meal. Humans, however, as the more
intelligent beings are supposed to be able to settle differences in a civilized or peaceful manner. Sadly, humans are the ones causing
more destruction to themselves and to their environment, not the less intelligent animals.
War may have been accepted as a normal human reaction to conflicts during ancient times where there was little access to
communication and little understanding of other peoples' needs. But people today have better access to communication and better
understanding of human aggression and social behavior that war should no longer be accepted as a normal human reaction to any
conflict. War should have been discarded a long time ago; at about the same time as when humans discarded using stone tools.
Innocent people should not have to be dying from military conflicts. 18 year old men and women should not have to be forced to
serve in the military just to satisfy a person, corporation, government, religious, or military ideologies. Peace should be a basic
human need second only to food. We need a Universal Law that prohibits any person, corporation, government, religion, or military
from using personal wealth or peoples' tax money for any military build-up.
After all, we are all humans and animals living in the same planet, with the same desire to have the type of quality of life
experiences that are enjoyable and meaningful within a manageable degree of comfort. That is free from any human, corporation,
government, religion, or military destructive biases or ideologies.
 
我怀疑中美两国囤积军事武器只是为了打人工智能或信息战。问题不在于哪个超级大国拥有更具毁灭性的武器，而在于我们为什么要讨论战争。
战争并不像许多心理学家希望我们相信的那样，是我们通过进化继承下来的一种特质。普通人，无论来自哪个国家，都不会考虑如何打仗的战略，也不会考虑获取钚来制造核弹。
普通人都希望抛开一切。普通人愿意留出钱来，因为他/她考虑的是家庭的需要。比如食物、
房子、衣服、药品、交通、教育、通信和安全，因为食物而不是战争是人类和动物的基本需求。
只有拥有巨额财富的个人、企业、政府或军队，才能参与以意识形态为基础的战争活动。
战争是一种基于意识形态的活动。动物为了食物杀害其他动物（人类也有这种行为）。这是因为据说动物的智力比人类低，因此，在面对大多数冲突时，它们只能采取致命的解决办法。
动物根本没有办法通过基因改造将植物变成美味的汉堡。而人类作为更聪明的生物理应能够以文明或和平的方式解决分歧。可悲的是对自身和环境造成更多破坏的是人类，而不是智力较低的动物。
在远古时代，战争可能被认为是人类对冲突的正常反应。
在古代，人们很少有机会进行交流，也很少了解其他人的需求。但今天，人们有了更好的沟通渠道，对人类的攻击行为和社会行为有了更好的理解，战争不应再被视为人类对任何冲突的正常反应。战争早就应该被摒弃，就像人类摒弃使用石器一样。
无辜的人不应该死于军事冲突。18岁的男女不应该被迫为了满足个人、公司、政府、宗教或军事意识形态的需要而被迫服兵役。和平应该是仅次于食物的人类基本需求。我们需要一部普世法律，禁止任何个人、公司、政府、宗教或军队使用个人财富或人民的税款进行任何军事集结。毕竟，我们都是生活在同一个星球上的人类和动物，都有同样的愿望，那就是拥有高质量的生活，在可控的舒适度内获得愉快而有意义的生活体验。这种生活体验不受任何人类、公司、政府、宗教或军队的偏见或意识形态所破坏。

China will be extremely far ahead of America in the 2030's and beyond, here's why... there are too many elections in America, elections cost millions of dollars and take years to go through, ALL THE TIME.  Politicians can't focus on a big, bold vision because time is short for Governors, and the President, and they have political roadblocks preventing them from doing things for the greater good of a majority of citizens.  Another reason why America will continue to decline is the violence that's everywhere and racism, both go hand-in-hand.  Americans waste billions of dollars yearly on racist institutions like the criminal (injustice) justice system and the carnage from gun violence.  Until the political system changes, and advances to the 21st century, forcing people to be fair-minded, less violent, and no more racism, then America will continue to decline rapidly.  What is the goal for America that ALL citizens agree on... NONE, we are too tangled up with petty political fights and structural racism.  America will never be a global leader again on anything besides the military ��, this is non-debateable, thanks!

Cooperation is a utopian Dreams. Look at what's happening in the Middle East and Eastern Europe. Human beings have not changed in hundreds of thousands of year. Nation States will always strive for dominance. They will co-operate when expedient and required, but will revert to violence and domination as soon as the opportunity presents itself. The best strategy to survive in this violent, predatory world is self-development and self-defense (e.g. deterrence) -- by that metric the only countries which have the potential for real independence are the nuclear countries. Once a country achieves nuclear deterrence capability, it should focus on self-development. This is the path the US, Russia, and China have taken; and I believe this is the path that India, Pakistan North Korea will take.

The question of engineering and is correct But the other question I have is how many in America are American engineers not from other countries because a lot of  Students around the world Are from overseas and may study engineering here in the United States and other subjects

While the USA focused on slowing down China the latter indeee surging forward to catch up with the former. The USA shud indeed concentrate on new innovative development to become stronger or least maintaining its superiority rsther than using sanction to curb China advancement.

AI will provide many solutions to our problems. The new problem will be the willingness of humanity to accept these solutions. If AI was not rude and strictly obxtive. For a solution like climate change. It will probably state. Your problem is fossil fuels and the economic systems that allow the fossil fuel lobby to buy and control governments to continue this pollution, your economic capitalist systems are hurting the development of other methods for alternative fuel. When we see the AI's solutions. Most of it will be common sense and the same obstacles will be there as usual. Greedy, selfish and powerful minority egomanics hurting the overall progress of humanity.

One thing i can say for sure is that in China, because of how their society work, most work are done because they are needed, not to make a profit. Because of this, any AI related researched will be widely circulated to get the best minds on itnas soon as possible.
Meanwhile, in usa, every corporation's sole perogative is and always will be profit. Indeed, their lead in some AI tech was developed precisely because it will potentially increase their profits...sadly, this is such a short term thinking.

You need to specify what you are talking about. You are talking about economics. The nature of economics (investment, trade, commerce, finance etc) is cooperation.  Politicians talk about power, which is by it's nature a zero sum game.
Artificial intelligence is one technical area among many that influence national power.  No technology by itself ever caused a war.
Taiwan is an issue that can cause a war. Let's hope it will not.  Taiwan is also an issue that will not drag on forever.  Let's hope that the end of that process has a peaceful solution.
