A quick aside, I understand the heated tensions about this issue... but like, we are in AMERICA. Why TF are the people who attacked this woman still on the street after assaulting someone? TF are the NYPD doing in this state if they can't protect it's own state citizens! I blame this ugly disgraced mayor for allowing this state to devolve the way it has.

And, btw, it's not only NYPD: we've seen the same pathetic attitude in Amsterdam, when a sio mob marched throughout the city with military precision, totally undisturbed, until groups of citizens manage to organize and react. At which point the police quickly escorted them into an airport, where a plane was waiting to fly them "home" safely. The true face of the eternal victims.

Until recently, if you would of asked me what I thought the best movies of all time were, I probably would of had Shnindlers List in my top 3 pretty consistently since I saw it when I was 16. I am not ethnically attached to that or todays story, but I was fully on the never again train. With what I keep seeing in todays world... I am honestly starting to question the validity of actions and opinions from people I previously considered monsters... which is hard to say... I resist that notion, but it just keeps getting backstopped with new proof the monsters may not be where I thought they were...

Lesson one. You can not expect other people to take care of you. Don't you know that the police do not, will not protect people in most cases. That  is their minor role. There is a saying that has been around for a century; "The Cops are never there when you need them". I wonder how the citizens got away with that behavior on camera. Clearly it is assault, the  cops can't prevent it, but they can charge for it.  ????
