In specific interest of national security etc, GOI should support our Indian entities procuring loan and technology transfers. All professional education in India should come with a compulsory 5 years stay/employment in India, post education.

The best possible decision. No doubt the F35 is probably the most advanced stealth fighter aircraft available today. Unfortunately it will be useless against the main existentialist threat to India from Pakistan. In any conflict with Pakistan the US will disable them rendering the F35s as useful as ploughshares. Any high tech defence purchase from the US would be a costly blunder for India.
