China has a very common smoking and drinking culture. Alcohol and cigarets are not expensive in China (not so many crazy taxes) . U will see Chinese smoking in a resturant and drinking on the street( not a good manner though).

China has a very common smoking and drinking culture. Alcohol and cigarets are not expensive in China (not so many crazy taxes) . U will see Chinese smoking in a resturant and drinking on the street( not a good manner though).
