Really? I have a very strong doubt and disagreement with you about Indians think of Thailand as inferior!!
Well, except the only thing that Thailand is truly inferior to anybody else would be the country's English language efficiency. Other than that I don't see any other things that India and Indians could look down on Thailand. Sure, Thailand doesn't have big aircraft carrier or Nuclear weapons but the healthcare system in Thailand is ranked #6 in the world!!
And yeah, there are ever growing resentments toward Indian Tourists in Thailand since they've received "Visa-Free Status" to Thailand (while they have yet to do the same!) The Thai government just celebrated 2 million visitors from India recently but I'm sure most people aren't really that happy with that too!

We have the most Skyscrapers in the world behind China,USA and some country. We're like Top 5 or Top 7 maybe...
Backwards country wouldn't have that much skyscraper unless they're like Oman,simple and cultural.
In our brotherhood country,Indonesia... their Hindu are more polite,clean and friendly than Indian Hindu. Singapore, the most richest country in Asia,try beat us first before beating Singapore.
They think they're better just because they have nukes? Look at ... They have nukes, advance technology... from who? And also, if you compared That "thing" & India VS ASEAN, people prefer us. Most India Hindu h@te Muslim while Taj Mahal is a Muslim Mosque. Why not destroying it? Because of money?
India should learn to accept critics and try to modernize their country. Even Western people said India live in 1946. They cover with Mumbai,Bollywood movie,Taj Mahal etc. But what about your Southern Provinces? Go Aryans but what about Dravidian? We in ASEAN also have the bad places to go but not extreme like India, mix food with hands and give to people? Even all Asian country disgusted with that behavior. Pakistan,you closest brother never did that. Western Asia, use hands but they use tools to mix/cook food. Now who's backwards?

他们以为有核武器就高人一等？看看以色列，他们的核武和先进技术，是从谁那里得来的？再说如果把"那个东西"和印度跟东盟比较，人们更倾向我们。大多数印度印度教徒仇视穆斯林，可泰姬陵明明是清真寺，为什么不拆掉？还不是因为能赚钱？
印度应该学会接受批评，努力实现现代化。连西方人都说印度还活在1946年。他们用孟买、宝莱坞电影、泰姬陵这些门面装点，但南方省份呢？吹嘘雅利安人血统，那达罗毗荼人呢？我们东盟也有落后地区，但不像印度极端到用手拌饭给人吃，全亚洲都厌恶这种行为。巴基斯坦这个最亲近的兄弟国家都不这样。西亚国家虽然也用手吃饭，但至少会用工具搅拌/烹饪食物。现在到底谁更落后？
