The math might vary based on retirement age but I think some study ran the numbers and assumed if ppl keeled over sooner it actually worked out better given the number of pensioners.

I have 2 children age 6 and 8. I have politely asked someone to stop smoking because of my kids in elevators kaorou restaurants arcades, etc. when ask politely and the kids are right there they always put out their cigarettes.
