Hygiene / Uncleanliness is forever going to be an issue in India in large part because it is tied to caste. High Caste Hindus I don't think will willingly partake in cleaning up their own streets. So they collect all waste from our localities villages and from neighbouring villages too, but instead of throwing it into far remote are or sent to recycling, they throw it near the river , whose water came to our household and go to crops.
