This is really sad to see, in a society and even in every single one of our religions and cultures, we often say mother is the closest to human of god and every woman should be treated as such but shame most men see women nothing more than obxts, until that perception change things will remain the same

It's not a 'now' thing, India was like this from far back, some incidents from 2000's and before, check from the Yadav family in Bihar and it would make your heart chill.
From raping the senior IAS wife for 2 years, to Gangrape a cloth merchant daughter, who was gf of their own party member.
The IAS one took 5 years to get justice, and from 2 years he saw his wife getting raped by some Yadav family member, can you believe it? Even the governor of Bihar at that time was helpless.
Now,. it's improved, and is improving slowly more due to social media.
But there are taboos, which still shows they would sacrifice anyone, to keep certain secrets in, the Kolkata case would have opened a Pandora's box, of smuggling/ organ trafficking racket, neither of the Political parties could afford it, they just want the escape goat inside Jail, and case closed.
You either can wait for 10-20 years, until the law and order improves gradually and reachy a stage where even the Politicians are jailed, or bring a radical reform, for radical reforms, the peaceful protests would never work. Need violence, as much as you don't want it, that would only bend the govt to it's knees.

If you all believe unity is strength, do this!
Form a group of trusted people, or who are the families of the victims from various rape incidents.
After any such crimes, just chop off the rapists' penis, in a situation where the law is inclined towards who cut off the P, rather than the law giving instant punishment to the criminals.
Rather than directly punishing the culprit, when the law is trying to come after who cut off the P, which political party involved or how much rich/influenced he is, or trying to punish the person who cut off the P rather than the rapist, just bring out your whole of your united group and say that your whole group did that. Make sure you have some good and ethical lawyers to support your group.
Let the jury now try to postpone the hearings, just to find out who cut off the P of the rapist in the whole united group. What the jury will do? Then everyone of you can question, why not just take care to close the case fast and punish the culprit, but worrying about his P! In any way, in the end the rapist has to be hunged up, but why is the law has to worry about his P!
The outcomes here can be, If these kind of incidents started evolving then this will atleast shake the spine of the rapists.
Even if the law try to punish first, just cutting of the P is like hurting/injuring a person, not at all like a murder. While in the whole group, how will the jury try to investigate to punish the whole group for just a P thing. So the cases may postpone just like any other quick important case.
But in the end, all the new rapists who want to have a thought like that, will sweat out to step forward!

当法律试图追查切断强奸犯下体的罪犯涉及哪个政党、有多富有/有多大影响力时，或者当法律试图惩罚该罪犯而不是强奸犯时，你们就团结一致把团队搬出来，声称你们整个团体都这样做了。确保有优秀的、有道德感的律师支持你的团队。
假设现在让陪审团仅仅为了找出团体中砍断强奸犯下体的罪犯，而推迟听证会，你觉得陪审团会怎么做？这个时候团队中每个人都提出质疑，质问为什么不快速结案并惩罚罪犯，而去担心一个强奸犯的下体呢！反正最后强奸犯都必须被绞死，法律有啥必要担心他的下体呢！
这样的结果会随着这类事件开始演变，最后可能会动摇强奸犯的根基。
退一步讲，即使法律试图先惩罚你们，切掉下体也仅仅只是伤害罪，并非谋杀。仅仅因为下体的事情，陪审团要如何惩罚整个团队呢？最后，这个案子可能会像其他的快速案件一样被推迟。
最终，所有潜在强奸犯一想到会遭受这样的惩罚，就会感到汗流浃背！

The solution is nothing but to fix our justice system ,to come together to demand reforms in the policing ,in the judiciary,in the lawmaking
The big challenge here is actually to come together ,as most people here are empty vessels making a whole lot of noise there is not a lot of rationality to be found in people seriously thinking cutting penises off is a logical solution to the rape culture in India
I'm actually getting more and more despondent over vacuous morons like the Cicada guy waging a gender war when we as men and women must build bridges to rationally create a platform so that we can forcefully enact change
But getting people to see reason when they only want to remain in outrage mode is difficult so I'm slowly losing hope that any change is possible ,I've personally resigned myself to slowly dying in this hell on earth

Everyone knows that policy changes in this country are hard to be done and not so easily implemented in a short span too. Not even the decisions of the people are considered, also no chance it can be done anytime soon as per the conditions in our country.
But still there are many things that are not known to many common people. Hope you might be somone like a kind of social reformer, the way you sound. Might be an older person who's patiently watching everything with a belief.

They are hard because of the mindset we possess. How many people give comments to public notice of government bills when the government asks for feedback?
How many know that the state has intentionally inserted provisions in the CrPC now BNSS that make it the state's choice to prosecute public servants. Most democratic and developed countries don't have such provisions.
Your anger is right - no one is denying it. But the way your going about it, violence and harm is not the answer. Educate yourself on why we have a broken criminal justice system, critique it, organise against it and agitate.
Your anger needs to be directed against the broken justice system with a lack of judges, overworked and over pressurized policing systems, with incompetent lawyers.
Everyone can blame a system for not working - but they won't find the answer to why it's not working.
We lack an independent bureaucracy, a failing legal system choked with a backlog that will stretch almost a century to clear. We have no proper social workers to guide rape victims or therapists to counsel them.
The state is crumbling because the youth does not care to listen. Violence is not the answer, insurgent constitutionalism is.

But only some amount of youth in this nation cares about anything by sparing enough time for the society, even though they too have responsibilities and all other chores.
Can you please give some simple things that everyone can go towards getting the right things done?
Every time I hear injustice happening or someone spoiling the environment around me, I go in a rage to correct or seriously educate them. I was the kind of guy - when everyone hesitates to raise the voice when a crowd is watching & doing nothing, I was the kind of person who questions or speaks the needful. But most of the times, I was awkwardly treated or got mocked and was advised to mind my own business.
 
我承认，我确实只有半桶水的知识，不清楚事情的另一面。
但这个国家只有部分年轻人关心社会事务，愿意为社会留出足够的时间，即使他们也有着自己的责任和私事。
