I got chance to read 15–20 IEEE RESEARCH PAPER

For those who don't know what is IEEE, Its a worldwide techinical organization for Electrical & Electronics advancement.

In that 15–20 research papers, there were atleast one Chinese involved in the research. In some papers there were fully Chinese. But there were no research papers without Chinese. I saw Indian researcher very rarely. Most of them are Chinese.
