If it's Azerbaijani territory it's actually Azerbaijan's responsibility to feed them and Lachin should be irrelevant. The problem is that the locals wouldn't take anything from the Azeris. When the locals cave and accept being fed from Azerbaijan which is now their home country, that is when we have peace.
