So, again, the OP here overstated it. I'm assuming if you wrote this 20 years ago it would have been true.

Actually most of this you would only see in Tokyo or Osaka. The rest of Japan is not any of this. Most of Japan is pretty laid back and chill. Most of what foreign people attribute to Japanese culture is focused only in Tokyo.

Well, as a white guy in Japan, I can confirm this. Yes they do but just like in whatever country you're from it depends. Like some women here think white guys are attractive and some don't.
