Watch disconnected content : Watch mythology. Watch cartoons. Watch French or Spanish TV shows without subtitles. Watch self-styled godmen Astha channel. You’d get exposed to so much of varied content and persepectives.
Take brain breaks : Go for a walk / listen to jazz or Beethoven / lock yourself in a room and meditate / deep breath in your bed or office desk / tear a piece of paper and doodle. Any of these can fill your brain with the white space it wants in between tasks and remove brain fog.
Sleep : A good quality sleep doesn’t consume time. It constructs time. And energy. And clarity. And creativity. And mindfulness. And productivity. And wisdom. And motivation. And intelligence.
Avoid the dinosaur syndrome : Be aware that there are as many as 18 studies which show and prove that as your weight goes up, the actual physical size and function of your brain goes down. Keep a check on your heaviness and try not to make the planet heavier than it already is.

The best way to improve your intelligence is only by gaining the knowledge as much as you can. Cultivate the habbit of reading. This is also the habbit that you need to clear any exam, because you have to read and read. It helps you to develop your thoughts process. This is the easiest and hardest task. Hardest because initially it creates stress on your brain and makes harder, and easiest because once you develop, It is easy for you to persue. This is the only skill that can surely lead to improve your intelligence.
How: when you read something, only 2 things will be needed your senses(include mostly eyes) and brain.
You need senses because they help you to read that what is actually written and send all the written message to the brain. All the processing of that message will happen in the brain. That message will be decrypted and the hidden message will be stored in your mind and next time, when you need it, you can use it and you became so called intelligent.
Question arises what actually happened in mind which made you intelligent?
So the answer of this question is that when the message reach to your brain, your brain simply starts imagining yourself in the real situation in most of the cases. According to what is written in next lines, your brain assumes accordingly, relate himself to author's views. That's why people loves to read fictional novels. And also Because when you read fictional novel, your mind always wanted to know "what is going to happen next?". That's makes you more creative and habitual of reading novels. That's why you will be able to finish a novel as early as possible depending on your capabilities.
Also as much as you read, you became open minded and when any thought came to your mind, you can think about all the possible meanings/directions of that thought which is not possible except either you are highly talented or you are a person who daily deals with such problems because in this case you have experienced.

There's no human being that was born without a brain. If you don't have a brain, you'll not have read this far. If you have a brain, it means you have some degree of intelligence in you. It can only get better with regular use. Thinking you're not intelligent (based on the result you're getting) does not mean you are not. The level of your result or grade in school or in life is a measure or a reflection of how well you've put your brain to use. It can be improved and stretched to achieve more, if you're determined to do so. Just like the human muscle develops with regular usage, the human intellect also becomes more active and productive with use.
If you've read the story of Ben Carson, you'll remember how he made the transition from a dullard and the guy at the bottom of the class to the top.
Thanks to the Mum who'll always tell him “Ben you have a brain, use it”. He never knew how powerful and productive his brain was, until he decided to use it. That's why it's good to have people in your life that brings out the best in you.
His story to greatness began when his mother forced him and his brother to do less of playing and watching movies and do more of reading. She requested that they pick up a book from the library, finish it within the week and review it.
This change of routine was so difficult to adapt to, but Ben never knew that that's what will unlock his intelligence and bring him to limelight.
Going through this new routine was difficult at first, but with time, he began to like it. The experience he got from learning new things (rocks) inspired him to read more. He never knew the effect of his learning until when he answered a very difficult and strange question (relating to rocks) in class. Everyone in class was surprised, including the teacher, that a dullard can correctly answer a question that no one could attempt. He was filled with joy that he could correctly answer a question in class (something he has never done before).
From there, he determined to apply the same commitment to his school books. With this, he rose from the bottom in class to the top.
This is a story of a man that improved his intelligence and was transformed from a dullard to a genius. You too can.

Intelligence is not something you're born with but, it's something you acquire. Intelligence is the capacity for reasoning and emotional knowledge. Binet defines it as the power of readjustment to relatively novel situations by organising a new psycho-physical combination.
Some ways by which one can become intelligent are:
Making and setting realistic targets: Make a long term goal for yourself. Ask yourself- What was that one thing you wanted to become as a child? Who was your role model? Be willing to make amends/ sacrifices along the way: Your ability to learn and unlearn concepts improves your adaptability and emotional maturity, i.e., your intelligence. Intelligence is the ability to encapsulate knowledge. Adaptability teaches a person how to use emotions, intellect, etc. and to what extent.
To never underestimate the power of self-criticism: This is achievable with the help of meditation. Meditation can be in the form of hard skills like- yoga, singing, dancing, etc. Any activity that gives you peace of mind. Meditation is scientifically proven to help individuals gain qualities that are- in laypersons' terms- intellectual. These help to apprehend situations quickly and comprehend complex associations with circumstances and hence improving decision making.
Having a balanced diet: Have proteins and vitamins extra in the right amounts. You can play mind-boggling games like chess, Rubik's Cube, and outdoor games like Basketball. For students, you can also participate in MUNs, readathons, etc.
