Because of CA course and the long studying hours , I used to hog a lot on food . At that time EATING was my Favourite Hobby . I was 116 Kgs at that time . On the very next day , I got BP attack which was nerve Wrecking. We visited Doctor and he strictly consulted me to reduce weight. He said if you won’t to do now , you will soon get a heart attack.
So I started Working Hard for it!

I used to attend early morning classes so I used to wake up and start my day with APPLE CIDER VINEGAR and LUKE WARM WATER. I used to hate it but I had to do it for my Weight loss. I used to Return back home by 10:30 AM and used to have Light Lunch Such as POHA , MUESLI etc. I had strictly Cut down all the fried things and wafers which I used to hog a lot during Morning. It Helped a lot.
My Second meal used to be in the evening 5:30 PM where I used to have 2 Chapatis and Green Vegetables. NO RICE at all. NO junk Food At all . After that I used to drink 2 Full Glasses of Luke Warm Water which helped me a lot to reduce weight. After 2 hours of My Second meal (Type of a brunch) I used to go to Park for running and yoga. REMEMBER Running is the best form of exercise for fat loss.
I used to have COCONUT WATER after returning from Park and used to have my Dinner by Max 9:30 PM . My Dinner Consisted full of Salads , Cereals ,Vitamins and Minerals .
