As the first Mars rover probe launched by China, Tianwen-1 Zhurong rover has completed the three major technical steps of Mars exploration at one time. The three steps are Orbiting, landing, and patrolling, which are, entering Mars orbit, landing on the surface of Mars, and the rover walking and patrolling around. Why did China’s space agency successfully break the so-called "Mars curse" with its very first Mars rover landing mission? How did the various aerospace technologies involved in the Zhurong landing process develop?

2.The American space YouTubers barely even mention China's accomplishments in Space, thanks for this.
3.Every time the US bans China on anything - China jumps forward in leaps and bounds. Perhaps this is intentional or not, whatever the case may be we should applaud them for advancing the human race.
4.Spending money on this is actually better than spending it on war we know things and also makes people learn and come together without destroying our earth.
5.Quite an achievement. I look forward to more.
6.US: bans china from accessing US lead space programs. China: Develops its own space program. US: wait, how?
7.Great overview of the program and technology!
8.Great to watch the China projects, and to view pictures from the large desert or plain that it landed in, Good Luck to All the engineers who took part.
9.They are going to be the first Nation to place Humans there too. You all just watch and see.
10.Chinese people doing their hard job are actually underrated to westerners country
11.This is great. And all technoloiycally advanced nations must also ask themselves, if they can develop human rights.
This accounts for the US as well as China.
12.What I want to see now is the spin-offs from space technologies to benefit mankind on earth.
13.I love China and how they make humanity believe in the impossible.
14.The World needs another Space Race asap.It will bring more and more new technologies
15.By launching 3 in 1 mission to Mars. China will cut cost by delivering a rover, orbitor satellite, lander base station. With a 5G network equipment on each lander base. CHINA will be able to create 5G network on Mars for its future automous rovers, construction vehicles. China already possess automous mining vehicles.
16. Wow, so detailed and timely! Exactly what I needed in this exciting time of Chinese space program, with it only picking up from here. China will be leading the way from here on in with lunar base being started in 5 years time after scouting and picking a base site. Wonder which site they will choose and what rationale.. Should be very very interesting, especially since it will be joint Chinese Russian mission, with maybe more countries signing on after, although not sure what they could bring to the table.
17. After reading a bunch of comments and watching the whole clip, two things spring to mind. China has the resources to do this so why shouldn't they be successful? Most of the tech they use ie electronics and software they produce for everyone anyway and even just 5 years behind is a massive advance. So yeah hats off for getting it all right first time but let's face it they should have, given the advantage they had over the other attempts. They big question now is who's shoes will touch the surface first ? ( Probably Nike with "made in China stamped on the bottom" ).
