I asked AI at what time period was US military power was at it's highest and it said after WW2. Who did the US fight a proxy war against after WW2? Korea. It's known as the forgotten war for a reason. The Chinese sent a "volunteer" army to Korea and it basically ended that War. Sure, they lost millions but that was because of weapon superiority. The N.K and China side were basically using old single round rifles and the US side using automatic. Also, US likes to pad death numbers by killing civilians and treat it as killing soldiers because they get to write the history books. Just look at what they're doing now if you don't believe.
