I know about Henan people being stereotyped for being thieves (at least in Guangdong), Shandong men being stereotyped for being sexist, Dongbei men being stereotyped for beating their wives, Chongqing men being stereotyped for being submissive towards their wives, Hakka peope being stingy. I'm sure there are many others I didn't hear yet. But China is a big place where different provinces and their respective ethnicities did have animosities in the past. Tbf the stereotype are so numerous and, maybe more crucially, variable depending on the regions, that it's basically impossible to make a comprehensive list.
