This approach becomes even more robust if access to the livestream account is shared with a trusted third party. What you guys need is a reporter filming ICE, and then a reporter further back out the reach of ICE with a zoom lens filming the reporter filming ICE (like on a roof, quarter to half a mile away). Additionally now action cameras like GoPro or DJI Action and maybe Insta360's 2D cameras also have livestream functions, so you can strap it on yourself without having to hold the phone in your hand, and livestream.
