Burnout may influence his or her decisions. Even as prime minister, you need to have balance in your life. Otherwise your judgement be clouded by lack of pleasure.

You can have a private life, but when you're a prime minister, part of your privacy is given to the public. Hence, one should be much more conscious of their actions at all times. You are representing a nation.
That said, at the end of the day, the person at fault is the person who leaked the video. He/She definitely isn't a good friend, and either undermined the privacy of the PM, or overestimated the strength of their friendship. All this could have been avoided.
