Never seek happiness from other people. You will never be happy in life if you do, knowing the fact that you are your own master and you hold your own happiness.
Never depend into people for anything, you will always be let down.
Never hold your expectations high for anything, just be yourself and live for the moment being constantly who you are, because when we expect the most we always get let down.
Never escape problems always try to face them and solve them, because if you do the problems get bigger and they will drain you out of your energy.
Never allow people to dictate how you feel about yourself or to dictate your happiness in general.
Never get affected by peoples thoughts, what they think of you, how they view you and what they are saying, what you think of yourself that’s what matters and how you view yourself.
Always push yourself out of your comfort zone or at least try on daily basis to achieve success in life.
Always fight for what you believe in and chase your dreams’’If your dreams don’t scare you they aren’t big enough’’.
Always fight for what you believe in even if it means to stand against the people , remember you were born to stand out not to fit in, every individual is unique on it’s own, so do not afraid to stand out from the people.
Learn to enjoy your own company only then you are going to be happy. Meaning life your life to the fullest and be proud with what you possess and who you are, this will make you attract the whole people around.
1、永远不要向别人寻求幸福。如果你向别人寻求幸福，你永远无法获得幸福。你要明白你是自己的主人，你拥有自己的幸福。
2、任何事都不要依赖别人，你永远都会失望。
3、永远不要对任何事情抱有过高的期望，做你自己，活在当下，永远做你自己，因为当我们期待最多的时候，我们总是会失望。
4、永远不要逃避问题，总是试着面对问题并解决问题，因为如果你逃避问题，问题会变得更大，它们会耗尽你的精力。

6、永远不要被别人的想法、他们是怎么想你的、他们对你的看法以及他们所说的话所影响。重要的是你是怎么想的和你对自己的看法。
7、永远把自己推离舒适区，或者至少每天都试着在生活中取得成功。
8、永远为你的信仰而战，追逐你的梦想。“如果你的梦想没有吓到你，那么它们就不够大”。
9、永远为你的信仰而战，即使这意味着与人们抗争，记住你生来就是为了脱颖而出而不是融入其中，每个人都是独一无二的，所以不要害怕从大众中脱颖而出。
10、学会享受自己的陪伴，这样你才会快乐。让你的生活充满意义，为你所拥有的和你是谁而自豪，这会让你吸引周围所有的人。
Never trust too early, never allow anyone to surpass your boundaries if they do learn to walk away.
Never waste your time and energy to negative-toxic people there will always be someone on the line that is going to judge you so live for yourself and distance yourself from those individuals they will leave you drained out of energy and time, surround yourself with the positive, with the people that share your mindset, your world, your emotions and ideas.
You don’t need to prove, you need to be. Never try proving yourself to anyone knowing the fact that you do not owe anything to anyone especially to the people that hold no value in you, the moment you feel that you need to prove your worth to someone is the moment that you should utterly walk away without wasting time and energy.
Do not go on wasting your time and energy in life, you will need them later on, knowing the fact that every movement requires time and energy.

15、不要在生活中浪费时间和精力，你以后会需要它们，因为你知道每个动作都需要时间和精力。
Do not go around Empathizing with every individual, be smart with your Empathy, share your Empathy with the right people, they will use that against you and hurt you badly, that’s the hard truth that i learned late in life.
Be positive only then you are going to live a happy life, always wake up even if you are feeling bad, show up and start your day with a smile on your face, no matter what happens, you are responsible for your happiness do not allow people to dictate your moods.
Grow everyday from life experiences as a human being, view every negative experience as a growing lesson, those experiences happen for a reason to grow your mind and to teach you a lesson, do not afraid them, be grateful that they happened because you are losing nothing on the process while you are earning everything, most importantly you are growing unlimited on daily basis and learning self control.
When people provoke you it’s a positive thing, do not react, this is a test that life has thrown to you with this test you are basically going to know how mentally strong you are and how much in control you are with yourself, when those experiences happen over and over again you get stronger and more in control of yourself, the people that provoke you are wasting their time while you are earning lots on the process.

20、当人们激怒你时，这是一件积极的事情，不要做出反应，这是生活对你的考验。通过这个考验，你基本上就会知道你的精神有多强大，你对自己有多大的控制力，当这些经历一次又一次地发生时，你会变得更强大，更能控制自己，激怒你的人是在浪费时间，而你却在这个过程中赚了很多钱。
Never view people as all the same simply Black and White, everyone is different and everyone should be treated differently according to their character, if someone has hurt you in the past that does not mean that you should hurt another human being believing that everyone else will be bad.
Never judge another individual. Never try to bring another individual down rather cheer them up.
Never take life too seriously, you will be left drained, joke around and play around.
Never go around trying to fix people especially if you are on an active relationship so they can love you, this is pure Co-Dependency and you are going to end up hurt.
Know the fact that love will find you whenever you are already happy, because you are going to reflect to the people more attractive if you are simply being yourself, having a blast and being all confident on your own skin with your own company and caring less.
Never beg, plead or cling for the people to stay with you especially in relationships, the door is open if it is meant to happen it will happen, if not the door is open they can leave, the right people in the right moment will enter your life and never leave, while the wrong people will leave.
Never go around searching for Love desperately this will make you less attractive, because you are desperate and you are going to appear desperate.
Life will force you to walk away from the people that you thought they were the right people for you, it will take you serious guts to walk away, it’s easier to stay then to walk especially from those types of individuals that you really love and care or you thought they were different while they were not, know the fact that you can’t really go against your destiny neither change it, so eventually you will have to learn the hard truth of walking away sometimes which will be the hardest thing for you.
Know one thing in life’’God will give you the people that you need and deserve, not the ones that you want’’.
21、永远不要让过去左右你的现在或未来。活在当下，充分利用它。
22、永远不要把人都看成是黑白的，每个人都是不同的，每个人都应该根据他们的性格受到不同的对待，如果有人曾经伤害过你，这并不意味着你应该伤害另一个人，相信其他人都是坏人。

Always forgive the people that have hurt you however never forget what they did to you. Why do you need to forgive them?So you can simply shift your valued time and energy from those people to someone new who deserves it so you won’t have anything to do with them anymore. Forgiving shows maturity and growth however you are going to never forget, you need to show those people that there should be a difference between you and them. Just take it this way if you get a clean paper and you write something in it then you erase the things with a rubber, will the page ever be as clean as it was?Nope because there will always be some rubber left in the paper.
Know that the only Unconditional Love and Care that you are going to ever receive is from your parents, no body else will give you those things, so stop searching for those things from other people.
Do not overthink before doing anything, because they chances are you will never get the thing done, just think less act more, go out there show up and stop overthinking, because you are going to got trapped on those thoughts forever.
Learn to fight your own battles in life, do not expect people to fight them for you, everyone has a battle going on you will be severely dissapointed.
31、在你的生命中，聪明地工作，而不是努力的工作。生活中的每件事都需要变得更聪明，所以运用你的头脑而不是浪费你的体力。

Whenever you do something good you should do it without expecting anything in return because if you do expect something in return you will be diassapointed.
Learn to push yourself out of your comfort zone on daily basis, why?To challenge your mind so your mind grows everyday when your mind grows your body follows, only then you will make the impossible seem easy, when you learn to capture and control your own mind because you are your own master.
Why do most things seem impossible in life?Because we are making them seem impossible, by remaining constantly on that comfort zone of ours that it feels comfortable, by allowing our mind obstacles to dictate our actions and fears, by being trapped on that fear and living always on the fear, who creates that fear?Our mind does, because we exactly know where our comfort zone ends, if you don’t push yourself out of that comfort zone you will never reach your dreams.
It’s fairly important to do the things that you are the most scared about doing on life or the things that feel impossible’’Only then you are going to beat your fears and achieve greatness. What does not kill you it makes you stronger, as soon as you are breathing you are good to go, whatever leaves you scared stiff keep on doing that stuff until it becomes nothing more then a routine, always strive for more, do not get satisfied with what you possess, trust me you grow everyday and your dreams grow even bigger on daily basis, the sky should be your limit when you chase your dreams.
36、当生活让你跪下的时候，学会振作起来，不要指望别人会抱起你，因为没有人会帮你。思考我们为什么跌倒？学会让自己振作起来。
37、无论什么时候，你做了你应该做的好事，不要期望任何回报，因为如果你真的期望得到回报，你就会失望。

39、为什么生活中大多数事情看起来都是不可能的？因为我们让它们看起来是不可能的，通过不断地停留在我们感到舒适的舒适区，通过让我们的思维障碍支配我们的行动和恐惧，通过被困在恐惧中并一直生活在恐惧中。谁制造了这种恐惧？我们的头脑，因为我们确切地知道我们的舒适区在哪里结束，如果你不把自己推出舒适区，你将永远无法实现你的梦想。
40、做那些你一生中最害怕做的事情，或者那些感觉不可能做到的事情，这是相当重要的。只有这样，你才能战胜恐惧，成就伟大。杀不死你的都会让你更强大，只要你还能呼吸，就继续行动，别管你恐惧的东西，继续做下去，直到恐惧的事物变成一种平常的事物，永远努力追求更多，不要满足于你所拥有的，相信我，你每天都在成长，你的梦想每天都在变大，当你追逐梦想时，天空才是你的极限。

I’m thankful to all those who said no, because of them i did it myself-Albert Einstein, when people refuse to help you take it the positive way, you were created to fight your own battles in life, they are basically doing you a favor, they are making you do the things that seem impossible for you, they are making you do the opposite of what your mind thinks, they are making you the things that seemed impossible without them to do basically possible, i got refused millions of times however i did all of the things myself, now i don’t depend anymore to people, i finish everything alone knowing the fact that they do not owe me anything, i fight my own battles, they are the ones that created me and gave me control over myself.
I witnessed lots of people especially those who enter Relationships they go around telling you that they are in search of a person that will complete them. Always know the fact that if you are not complete already no body can complete you, we tend to enter Relationships to share our completeness with the significant other not to seek completeness. If you are trying to find someone to complete you or you are trying to help that person to complete himself/herself then the relationship is broken from the start, you can’t complete another human being that’s a known fact. If you tend to enter a relationship to fix another human being so they can love you that’s pure Co Dependency and you have deep issues. The purpose of relationship is to share your completeness with another complete human being, meaning you have to be 100% complete and yourself to the fullest, accepting yourself the way you are, feeling proud on your own skin and being constantly happy, when you get the clue of those feelings then you are going to attract the whole crowd with those feelings, meaning with or without that person that you are sharing your feelings you will always be happy no matter what.
There are people who came to me and asked for help especially those who go through a breakup from a bitter Relationship, they go around like’’Man I can’t breathe, i can’t live without her, i just can’t’’I’m like Lad i wonder how did you make it to this date without her?Without knowing her to begin with?If i can starve myself 3–5 days without Food on daily basis, i can live without a fake human being lol. There are 2 things that a human can’t live without that’s:Food and Water, period. Even without Food and Water you can live for a certain period of time, even then you get adapted, so do not come to me with sentences like i can’t live without a fake human being, because you can, you made it to this date without her, if you are breathing you are basically living. There is one thing that i can’t live without and that’s my Oatmeal, without it i can’t function properly anything else is just history with or without another human being i don’t really care. Never steal an Americans Oatmeal hahahaha.

43、我目睹了很多人，尤其是那些进入人际关系的人，他们到处告诉你，他们正在寻找一个能成就他们的人。永远要知道这样一个事实：如果你还不完整，没有任何其他人可以让你完整，我们倾向于进入关系，与重要的另一半分享我们的完整性，而不是寻求自我的完整性。如果你试图找到一个人来完善你，或者你试图帮助那个人完善他/她，那么这段关系从一开始就破裂了，你无法完善另一个人，这是一个已知的事实。如果你想和另一个人建立一段感情，这样他们就可以爱你，这是纯粹的相互依赖，这里有深层次的议题。人际关系的目的是与另一个完整的人分享你的完整性，这意味着你必须100%完整，让自己达到最大程度，接受自己的现状，为自己感到自豪，不断感到快乐，当你得到这些感觉的线索时，你就会用这些感觉吸引整个人群，这意味着无论有没有那个人，你都会分享你的感觉，无论发生什么，你都会快乐。

小伙子，我想知道没有她，你是怎么活到今天的？你从前都不认识她？如果我能在没有食物的情况下让自己挨饿3-5天，我当然可以活下来，除非我不是真人，哈哈。有两件事是人类离不开的：食物和水。即使没有食物和水，你也可以活一段时间，所以不要用像“没有谁谁我就活不下去”这样的句子来找我，因为你可以活，没有她你仍然活到了今天，如果你有呼吸，你基本上是活着的。有一件事我离不开，那就是我的燕麦粥，没有它我就不能正常工作。其他任何事情都只是过去的事情，不管有没有另一个人，我都不在乎。千万别偷我的美国燕麦片，哈哈哈。
‘’What you think, that you become’’.Your thoughts are the reflection of yourself, if you think that you are not good, not attractive, you don’t deserve the best, you don’t deserve value, respect, appreciation, love, those things you will become, you get what you want. Think positive of yourself so you can reflect back to the people with those thoughts.
Do not blame your looks, genetics or how you were created, you were created the most beautiful way, the key on opening doors to every opportunity is your Confidence, your self acceptance, if you accept yourself the way you are, feel proud on your own skin, feel proud from where you came remembering all those difficult times then every door in life will be opened for you. It’s not about the looks or your body, it’s about your mind and your thinking, if you accept yourself the way you are feeling proud everyone else will accept you with their positive attitude, if you can’t seem to accept yourself no body will do that for you.
Confidence is the most attractive thing a human being can wear. It all comes down to confidence and how you use it.
Never get Discouraged when someone tells you it can’t be done’’When someone tells you it can’t be done it’s a reflection of their limitations not yours.
If you Fail never give up because F.A.I.L means ‘’First Attempt In Learning’’. End is not the end. In fact, E.N.D. means ‘’Effort Never Dies’’. If you get NO as an answer, remember N.O means’’Next Opportunity’’.
45、也有人说“我不能爱另一个人，不能爱他/她，我就是做不到”。哈哈，你在说什么，小伙子？如果你对错误的人都给予那么多的爱，想象一下你能给正确的人多少爱。你失去的只是生活中的一些假象，那些本不该成为你的人就该像痛苦的回忆一样消逝，只有正确的人才会进入你的生活并保持在正确的环境中。
46、“你想什么，你就会变成什么”。你的想法是你自己的反映，如果你认为你不好，没有吸引力，你不应该得到最好的，你不应该得到价值、尊重、欣赏、爱，你将成为什么样的人？你就会得到你想要的。积极地看待自己，这样你就能向那些有这种想法的人反映。
47、不要责怪你的外貌、基因或你是如何被创造出来的，你是以最美丽的方式被创造出来的，打开每一个机会之门的关键是你的自信，你的自我接纳。如果你接受自己的方式是：对自己的外表感到自豪，为你来的地方感到自豪，记住所有那些艰难的时刻，那么生活中的每一扇门都会为你敞开。这不是外表或身体的问题，而是你的思想和想法，如果你以你感到自豪的方式接受自己，其他人都会以积极的态度接受你，如果你似乎无法接受自己，没有人会为你这样做。

The things that you need to give up for success:Short Term Mindset, Playing Small- Dream Big, Excuses-Take Responsibility, Need For Approval-Be Yourself, Toxic People-Surround yourself with people that inspire, encourage and push you.
Do Less:Talking, planning, soda, junk food, complaining, worrying, doubting, lazing around, frowning, insecurity, weakness ignorance, hate, ungratefulness and More:Listening, doing, tea, salads, encouraging, hoping, believing, working out ,smiling, trust, confidence, understanding, love and gratitude.
Know that mentally strong people:Enjoy their time alone, they hold themselves accountable for their actions. They celebrate the success of others.They surround themselves with greatness. They have great health habits. From sleep to how they eat, they own their mind, body and spirit. They embrace and celebrate change. They know that change is constant with life. They invest time and energy into the present.The’re able to focus on the tasks at hand.
51、永远记住“世界是由事实改变的，而不是观点”。
52、永远记住“你不能，和消极的人在一起，却期待有一个积极的生活”。
53、为了成功你需要放弃的东西：短期理念，扮演小角色——梦想远大，承担责任；需要认可——做你自己；有毒的人围绕着你——身边有激励、鼓励和推动你的人。

Know that mentally strong people:They move on don’t waste time, feeling sorry for themselves.They embrace change and welcome challenges. They stay happy, they don’t waste energy on the things that they can’t change neither control. They are kind fair and unafraid to speak up. They are willing to take calculated risk. They celebrate other people’s success. They don’t resent that success.
