I was recommended to use this due to my hands being tired from working from home and using the computer the whole time. They’re great to use when watching tv. I would not recommend walking around while doing this as they are heavy enough to damage floors/ tables if it falls out of your hand. The goal is to practice with the balls touching, but through practice, the best is to rotate them without them touching. Sounds simple enough, but after a minute or so, your palm muscles will feel it.

I have bad rheumatoid arthritis, and wake every morning with painful stiff wrists, hands, and fingers. I have purchased several different hand strengtheners, finger exercisers, and tried various putty products. None have provided the relief and exercise needed to allow me to use my hands and fingers without any pain. I tried the Baoding Balls, and after one minute of exercising in each hand I had relief. I love these! I have adult ADHD and I keep these in their little box on my desk at work for when I get stressed out and fidgety. I work as a mortician, so they get a lot of stress use. The box is plastic but it’s super cute and remarkably sturdy! It was accidentally knocked off my desk with the balls inside and didn’t crack. I wouldn’t suggest throwing it, obviously. The balls (teehee) have a nice weight to them. I have small hands and they fit perfectly in one without being too big or small.

I bought these for my yard Buddah. Not sure what stone they are, but they are very nice, and came attractively packaged in a pretty box. The box is plastic, but looks good, and has a nice lining. I think they're a great value.

Great balding balls! Has been very relaxing for me when I get a little stressed or bored at work. They also help me keep my hands busy since I have a habit of tugging on my hair when I'm bored.

I do not know if a life spent using these and 'getting through' the drudgery of work is the path to take, but if you have drudgery to get through, these help. .. But does having something help you get through something that you consider drudgery help you by succeeding at drudgery, or hurt you by prolonging your escape from drudgery?
