I understood Physics much better when we did actual labs and saw how the formulas were used in real life. Science is more engaging when we can work with it in a hands on manner and see how observation and data correlate.

In my country, working as a teacher (moreover honorary teacher) is seen as a small job, not worth the effort. Your monthly salary as a teacher, might only be enough for daily expenses, no more than that.
