An old Italian couple saw me and proposed to helo me drop my bike in their brother's house and brought me to town in their car, and later dropped me back to take my bike. So grateful! People from all over the world should be nice to each other and help each other like this!

my Chinese grandma lived a longgg life and was healthy to the end, my mum is probably going to the same, she is 70 years old and does kung fu 3-4x a week and is stronger than me a 27 yr old lol :o I really should take note and start getting into good habits now.. so I can be as fit as the people in your video when I'm their age
