The military shooting quite nice, but the doctor shooting kinda unnatural, especially the foreign injured expression so funny (awkward). And the female lead reaction and plot kinda awkward too. The choking part should be considered in first aid manual, a common military especially a special military force would be equipped with first aid skill. Haha the scxt
